§ B. Action by the planning board.

The following action shall be taken by the planning and zoning commission.

1. Planning board consideration: The planning and zoning commission shall consider and make recommendations to the board of aldermen concerning each proposed zoning amendment. The planning and zoning commission may hold separate public hearings or may sit concurrently with the public hearing held by the board of aldermen.
