§ 15-15. Fees.

Latest version.

The owner or occupant of every building or premises receiving garbage and refuse collection service from the city shall pay a monthly fee for such service to the city according to the current fee schedule which is on file in the finance director's office. There shall be a minimum monthly refuse collection fee for all premises.
