§ 16-103. Waiver.

Each applicant for a permit under this article shall file with the chief of police a waiver releasing and saving the city and its employees harmless from any claims, actions and lawsuits arising out of the conduct of the parade or motorcade, excepting damages directly and proximately caused by the city.
