§ 18-33. Application.

Latest version.

All persons seeking a permit for removal of a regulated tree shall make application to the building inspector. The application shall be in writing and contain the following information:
(1)

Name, address of property owner of the site. Address of construction site or site of tree removal if different than property owner's legal address, name, address and telephone number of applicant, if contractor or agent for property owner.

(2)

Description of regulated trees to be removed, or a site plan, as required herein, for trees to be retained.
