§ 19-93. Purpose and policy.

This article sets forth uniform requirements for direct and indirect discharges into the wastewater disposal system for the city and enables the local government to comply with all applicable state and federal laws required by the Clean Water Act of 1977 as amended and the General Pretreatment Regulations (40 CFR 403).
