§ 6-41. Organization.

This organization shall be known as the Southport Rescue Squad, and the purpose of this squad shall be to operate and serve as a volunteer rescue squad in all ways, means and methods, including but not limited to, training and furnishing of first aid, protection of lives and properties, search and rescue operations and the providing of ambulance service to the Southport area on a nonprofit basis.
