Mobile home park regulations are established to encourage well planned, attractive
land development in the City of Southport and its extraterritorial area by providing
fair standards and beneficial requirements for the sitting, operation, and maintenance
of mobile homes. For the purposes of occupancy, all mobile homes and trailers shall
be located within mobile home parks; and the parks shall only be located in residential
districts where permitted. Mobile home lots shall be used only for residential purposes.
